3. Profile Submissions, Validation, and Verification

When you submit or claim a business listing profile on Terbaik, you explicitly agree to the following provisions:

• Accuracy of Information: You certify that all data, licensing records, sector categorisations, and contact options provided are entirely accurate, truthful, and representative of your active legal entity.
• Verification Rights: Our internal team reserves the continuous right to review, audit, cross-reference, and validate any submission against official public registries, including the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
• Right to Amend or Decline: We explicitly reserve the absolute right to amend, re-categorise, reject, or completely unpublish any profile submission found to contain untrue, misleading, deceptive, or legally non-compliant corporate records.

4. Subscription Tiers, Payments, and Refund Standards

• Directory Access: Browsing, filtering, and previewing directory data remains entirely free for public stakeholders and corporate investigators.
• Premium Profile Activation: Once a paid profiling package or advertisement campaign is selected and payment is completed, the profile will be processed and published onto the platform directory.
• No-Refund Framework: All financial payments executed on Terbaik are finalised and strictly non-refundable once the business listing profile has been successfully integrated and published into our ecosystem. Exceptions are only considered if technically justified by a systemic transaction failure.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
